ABOUT ME
B.A. (Philosophy), University of San Diego; J.D., Santa Clara; LL.M. (Constitutional Law), Georgetown University. I am currently engaged in federal litigation on behalf of churches with roots in the Amazon in South America and against the United States on behalf of unaccompanied minors, defending their rights. I was a tenured Professor of Law previously at Villanova University School of Law and at Willamette University College of Law.
